This spring (and thereafter) at Abhayagiri and other locations there are a number of upcoming Dhamma events.
We will continue to host Saturday Evening and Lunar Observance Pujas and Dhamma Talks both open to the public and live streamed as well.
There are also Tea Time Q&A’s with various senior monks from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, daily (with the exception of the day after the Lunar Observance Day).
On Saturday, May 27, there will be a Practice and Study day from 9am to 5pm in the Abhayagiri Dhamma Hall on the theme of Mindfulness of Breathing. The teachers will be Luang Por Pasanno, Ajahn Karuṇadhammo, Ajahn Cunda and Ajahn Kaccāna. No registration is required.
The annual Abhayagiri Thanksgiving Retreat will be an in person retreat this year from Sunday, November 19 to Sunday November 26 at Applegate Retreat Center in Applegate, CA. The teachers will include Ajahn Karuṇadhammo and Ajahn Nyaniko. Registration information and more details will be available closer to the event.
Ukiah - Sudhana Center
Beginning Wednesday May 10 and every 2nd Wednesday of the month at the Sudhana Center in Ukiah: an Abhayagiri Ajahn will be holding a puja, Dhamma Talk and Q&A from 7pm to 8:30pm.
Fort Bragg - Three Jewels
Starting on May 1st and continuing every other Monday evening at Three Jewels in Fort Bragg: an Abhayagiri Ajahn will be holding a teatime Q&A, puja and Dhamma Talk beginning at 5:30pm.
Berkeley - Berkeley Buddhist Monastery
Beginning Tuesday, May 2 and every 1st Tuesday of the month thereafter: an Abhayagiri Ajahn will be holding a teatime Q&A, puja and Dhamma talk at the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery in Berkeley beginning at 5:00 pm.
