Magha Puja - Full Moon Observance Day

Description:
Māgha Pūjā commemorates the spontaneous gathering of 1,250 arahants to whom the Buddha gave an exhortation on the basis of the Discipline (Ovada Patimokkha).

Evening chanting, meditation, taking of the precepts and a Dhamma talk will take place at Abhayagiri from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
