Description: On the first Tuesday of every month, one of the senior monks from Abhayagiri visits Berkeley Buddhist Monastery to lead a session of chanting, meditation, and give a Dhamma talk.

5:00 - 6:00PM Tea Time and Q&A with the Monastics (Dining Room)
Kindly keep voices low in the lobby and hallway as you enter and exit the building. Doors open at 5:00PM. 

6:00-7:15PM Break (Outside)
Our host, the Berkeley Buddhist Monastery, has meditation and chanting programs from 5:15PM to 7:15PM in the main shrine room and these programs overlap with our program.  Please mingle outside the building during the break. 

7:30 - 9:30PM Evening Session (Main Shrine Room)
Chanting, meditation, and refuges/precepts, and Dhamma talk. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in setting up for the evening and putting away chairs/cushions at the end. Doors open at 7:15PM.
