Harmony of Mind and Body
Ajahn Pasanno and Cator Shachoy will offer a Yoga & Meditation daylong retreat in San Francisco from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, May 15 at Bija Yoga Studio. This event is a benefit for Youth Yoga Dharma (YYD), a non-profit organization dedicated to offering youth the skills of yoga & meditation in the San Francisco Bay Area. In the Buddhist tradition, this daylong retreat will be offered solely on dana (freewill donations); there is no set fee. All contributions will support YYD programs and are tax deductible.

The Schedule will include morning meditation led by Ajahn Pasanno, followed by a 2-hour yoga class with Cator. The lunch break will be from 12.00 - 1.30pm. The afternoon will include sitting and walking meditation, Dhamma reflections, and time for Questions & Answers.
Ajahn Pasanno is co-Abbot of Abhayagiri Buddhist Monastery.
Cator Shachoy began practices of Buddhist meditation, yoga, and Energetic healing in 1990 as the result of chronic illness. Through the regular practice of these disciplines she began to recover her strength and vitality. In 1995 Cator moved to San Francisco, where she teaches yoga and meditation classes to adults and youth, and has a private practice in Cranio-sacral bodywork. In her classes, Cator emphasizes the potential for body, mind, and heart through mindful awareness. She delights in sharing these practices which inspire her life.
