On this daylong retreat, we will explore how letting go and relinquishment can lead to real freedom of the heart, creating a newfound sense of simplicity and transcendence in our lives. This will be an opportunity to practice in the Thai Forest tradition with two senior Theravada monks from Abhayagiri Monastery in Redwood Valley, CA. There will be sitting and walking meditation, and dharma talks, with opportunities for questions and answers throughout the day.
