June 20th: - "High Summer" - We often relate to happiness & success as being intrinsically and wholly good (think: good health, stable job, supportive relationships, life, liberty & the pursuit of...) but, surely, there's more to the story, for everything in nature tends to create its opposite...
This will be a day of reflections and practices on the theme of getting and owning the things that we like & the painful shadows that such happiness & success brings with it. Most usefully we will explore the ways that the heart can be freed from such narrow-minded presumptions and that the cycles of nature can be integrated harmoniously.
