This weekend retreat will include chanting, sitting and walking meditation, Dhamma talks and discussions.

Meal offering on Saturday and Sunday are potluck style, so you are welcome to bring a dish to share. Fresh flowers and incense will be present. All participants will be asked to adhere to the Five Precepts during the entire weekend (including time spent home).

This retreat will take place at Portland Friends of the Dhamma, 1422 SE Tacoma Street, second floor, Portland, Oregon 97202.
