A group of teens and Spirit Rock teen teachers, led by Heather Sundberg, will travel to Redwood Valley for a weekend of camping and practice with Ajahn Pasanno, Ajahn Amaro, and the other monks who live at Abhayagiri Monastery. The teens will be taking the Eight Precepts, which include not overindulging in sleep and not eating after noon.
