Keep Your Feet on the Ground
Ajahn Khemavaro
November 28, 2012
Speaking to the Abhayagiri junior monks, Ajahn Khemavaro explains that although the monastic life can involve much activity, the most important time is spent alone at our kuti getting to know our body and mind. We practice meditation in order to develop the skills we need to be present with our experience, and deep meditation is more a matter of feeling than thinking. This talk was given on November 28, 2012 at Abhayagiri Monastery.
